FileBackupTool is a free, open-source backup utility for macOS, with Windows and Linux support coming October 2024.

It was first written in Apple Automator, and it now being developed in PyQt5. You can download it for free here. If you want to contribute to this project, have a look at the code and start a pull request! If you want, you can contribute to the wiki, or report an issue.
